  • We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days for items of equal or higher value.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • All content on the Services, including trademarks, graphics, text, images, and videos, is owned by GemSeason or its licensors.

  • You may use the Services for personal use only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying content without permission is prohibited.

  • GemSeason is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly with GemSeason. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, products, or services.

  • You represent that you own or have rights to any Feedback submitted.
