We currently ship all orders across India. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at gemseason7.5@gmail.com with your order details and an unboxing video.
